John, a farm worker, helping at his son's farm was crushed to death by a forklift truck as he was emptying fertilizer into a spreader.

The inquest was held at Pembrokeshire Coroner’s Court on 25 June 2002. A verdict of 'Death by Misadventure' was returned.

Robert, a yachtsman, was washed overboard in gale force winds and killed as he helped sail the 119 year yacht 'Silvery Light' from Penzance to Edinburgh to attend a maritime exhibition.

The inquest was held at Pembrokeshire Coroner’s Court. A verdict of 'Accidental Death' was returned.
